Terms and Conditions

1. SUBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sales of Lumora products on the site www.lumora-art.fr.

Any order placed on our site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. PRODUCTS

Lumora offers L'Aurora ambient lamps for sale.

Products are presented with descriptions and photographs as accurate as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending

on your screen.

All our products comply with current French and European regulations.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Lumora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

The total price to pay is clearly indicated before the final validation of the order, including:

• The product price

• Shipping costs (if applicable)

• Taxes

4. ORDERING

To place an order, you must:

1. Select the product(s) and add them to the cart

2. Fill in your delivery information

3. Choose your payment method

4. Validate your order

Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when ordering.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• PayPal

Your bank account will be debited at the time your order is validated.

6. DELIVERY

We ship to the destinations offered during checkout. A destination is available when the address is accepted and a shipping method is displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping is free when shown as such at checkout. Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Transit then generally takes 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local authorities may charge taxes, customs duties or import fees when these amounts are not already included at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel is significantly delayed, contact contact@lumora-art.fr so that we can investigate and apply the rights available under the relevant law.

7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND 30-DAY RETURNS

Consumers in the European Union notably have a statutory 14-day period from delivery in which to notify a withdrawal from a distance purchase. Any other mandatory rights that apply in the customer’s country remain protected.

Lumora commercially extends the period for requesting a return to 30 days after delivery. For a change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping costs. If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, Lumora covers those costs.

Email contact@lumora-art.fr before sending the return. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order. Full conditions and instructions are available in our Return and refund policy.

8. WARRANTIES

8.1 - LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY (2 years)

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you may:

• Request repair of the product

• Request replacement of the product

• Request a refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)

8.2 - WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS

You also benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

8.3 - COMMERCIAL RETURN POLICY

The 30-day return window is separate from the statutory warranties and does not reduce their duration or the remedies they provide.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected when you place an order is necessary to process it.

This data is intended for Lumora and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Lumora site (text, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Lumora and is protected by copyright.

Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 - AMICABLE SETTLEMENT

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us as a priority at contact@lumora-art.fr to try to find an amicable solution.

12.2 - CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.

12.3 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence.

If an amicable resolution or mediation fails, the applicable legal rules determine which court has jurisdiction.

13. CHANGES TO THE T&Cs

Lumora reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time your order is placed.
