What our customers want to know

Absolutely. Its contemporary design with refined lines blends harmoniously into all styles: modern, Scandinavian, minimalist or classic. The opaline globe diffuses a soft, even light that suits any ambience.

Installation is accessible to everyone. The adjustable cable (up to 120 cm) adapts to all ceiling heights. The ceiling rose and mounting accessories are included.

Yes! Segora is compatible with dimmers. Use a dimmable E27 LED bulb to modulate the light intensity according to your needs and the desired ambience.

The bulb is not included so you can choose according to your preferences. We recommend a 7W E27 LED (700 lumens) in warm white 2700K for an optimal warm ambience.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secure and encrypted.

Standard shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivery generally takes 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination. Returns are accepted within 30 days: you pay return shipping for a change of mind, while Lumora covers it if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
