What our customers want to know

Absolutely. Its Wabi-Sabi design with vertical pleated shade blends harmoniously into all styles: Japandi, minimalist, Scandinavian or contemporary. Its square dark wood base brings a touch of natural elegance.

Not at all! Assembly is simple and takes approximately 20 minutes. Detailed instructions are included, and all parts are pre-fitted for easy setup.

Wabora features a convenient foot switch on the power cable. A simple press of the foot turns the light on or off without bending down.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secure and encrypted.

The integrated LEDs have a lifespan of over 50,000 hours, approximately 15 years of daily use. They are not individually replaceable, but their exceptional longevity means you won't need to worry.

Standard shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivery generally takes 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination. Returns are accepted within 30 days: you pay return shipping for a change of mind, while Lumora covers it if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
