What our customers want to know

Absolutely. Its elegant and timeless design blends harmoniously into all styles: classic, contemporary, Art Deco or minimalist. With its gold finish and prismatic reflections, it brings a touch of luxury to any space.

Installation is accessible to everyone. The cable, adjustable up to 120 cm, adapts to all ceiling heights. Detailed instructions are included. We recommend, however, using an electrician if you are not comfortable with this type of installation.

Getora is compatible with E27 bulbs (standard socket). We recommend an 8 to 12W LED bulb for optimal lighting. The bulb is not included to let you choose the ambience you prefer.

Yes, the white fabric is easily cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Regular dusting is sufficient to maintain its bright appearance.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secure and encrypted.

Standard shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivery generally takes 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination. Returns are accepted within 30 days: you pay return shipping for a change of mind, while Lumora covers it if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
