1. SUBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sales of Lumora products on the site www.lumora-art.fr.
Any order placed on our site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. PRODUCTS
Lumora offers L'Aurora ambient lamps for sale.
Products are presented with descriptions and photographs as accurate as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending
on your screen.
All our products comply with current French and European regulations.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Lumora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
The total price to pay is clearly indicated before the final validation of the order, including:
• The product price
• Shipping costs (if applicable)
• Taxes
4. ORDERING
To place an order, you must:
1. Select the product(s) and add them to the cart
2. Fill in your delivery information
3. Choose your payment method
4. Validate your order
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when ordering.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal
Your bank account will be debited at the time your order is validated.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery areas:
• Mainland France only
Delivery times:
• 5 to 10 business days
Shipping costs:
• Free shipping on all orders
Delivery times run from the confirmation of your order.
In the event of a delay exceeding 15 days, you may cancel your order and request a refund.
ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise
your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right:
1. Contact us by email at: contact@lumora-art.fr
2. Return the product in its original packaging, unused and complete
3. Return shipping costs are at your expense
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
8. WARRANTIES
8.1 - LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY (2 years)
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you may:
• Request repair of the product
• Request replacement of the product
• Request a refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)
8.2 - WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
You also benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
8.3 - LUMORA COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Lumora undertakes to replace free of charge any defective product within 30 days of receipt.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Lumora site (text, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Lumora and is protected by copyright.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 - AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us as a priority at contact@lumora-art.fr to try to find an amicable solution.
12.2 - CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.

12.4 - GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of failure of mediation, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
13. CHANGES TO THE T&Cs
Lumora reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time your order is placed.
