How long before I receive my parcel?

Preparation takes 24 to 48h after your order is validated. Transit depends on the carrier, between 5 and 14 business days depending on the destination.

My order number doesn't work?

Check that you've entered the full number (format LUM-YYYY-XXXX) and the email used at the time of order. If the issue persists, contact us — we'll find you in minutes.

My parcel is stuck, what do I do?

If your parcel has been inactive for more than 72h, write to us with your order number. We contact the carrier directly to unblock the situation.

Can I change the delivery address?

As long as the parcel hasn't shipped, yes. Contact us as quickly as possible with the new address. Once shipped, the change goes through the carrier directly.
