What our customers want to know

Selora is compatible with any E27 socket bulb. We recommend a warm white LED bulb (2700K) or vintage filament to enhance the reflections of the cut crystal.

A simple dusting with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient to maintain the sparkle of the crystals. For a deep clean, use a slightly damp cloth then dry immediately.

Yes, Selora comes with a universal mounting bracket. Simply fix the bracket to the ceiling, connect the wires, and hang the pendant light. The adjustable cable allows you to set the perfect height.

Selora measures 23 cm in diameter and 18.5 cm in height, with a 12 cm ceiling base. Its compact format makes it ideal for an entrance, hallway or above a bedside table.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secure and encrypted.

Standard shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivery generally takes 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination. Returns are accepted within 30 days: you pay return shipping for a change of mind, while Lumora covers it if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
