What our customers want to know

Absolutely. Its refined Wabi-Sabi design blends harmoniously into all styles: Japandi, minimalist, Scandinavian, contemporary or bohemian. With its textured fabric shade and brushed nickel finishes, it brings a touch of natural elegance.

The adjustable cable is up to 150 cm long, so you can adapt the pendant to your ceiling height. Detailed instructions are included. If you are not comfortable with electrical installation, consult an electrician.

Zelora is compatible with E27 bulbs (standard socket). We recommend an 8 to 12W LED bulb for optimal lighting. The bulb is not included to let you choose the ambience you prefer.

Yes, the textured fabric of the shade is easily cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Regular dusting is sufficient to maintain its natural beauty.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secure and encrypted.

Standard shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivery generally takes 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination. Returns are accepted within 30 days: you pay return shipping for a change of mind, while Lumora covers it if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
