  Delivery areas

  We currently ship only within mainland France.

  If you would like to order from another country, please contact us at contact@lumora-art.fr to check availability.

  Delivery times

  Once your order has been validated and payment confirmed, your L'Aurora lamp will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days from shipment.

  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  Shipping costs

  Shipping is FREE for all orders within mainland France.

  Order tracking

  Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel in real time

  If you have not received your tracking email within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  Delivery issues

  In the event of a delivery delay longer than 15 days:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@lumora-art.fr

  • We will open an enquiry with the carrier

  • If the parcel is lost, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund

  In the event of a damaged parcel:

  • Refuse the parcel or report the damage to the carrier

  • Take photos

  • Contact us within 48 hours at contact@lumora-art.fr

  • We will send you a new product free of charge

  Incorrect delivery address

  Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

  In the event of an address error on your part:

  • Reshipping costs will be at your expense

  • Contact us promptly if you notice an error
