  RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  14-day right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to make a return

To make a return, contact us at:

  Include in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return (optional)

  • Your bank details for the refund

  Once your request has been approved, send your item back to the following address:

  ⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

  Defective or damaged products

  If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@lumora-art.fr with photos of the product.

  In this case:

  • Return shipping costs are at our expense

  • We will offer you a replacement or a full refund

  • You have 30 days to report the issue

  Non-returnable items

  Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  Refunds

  We will notify you by email as soon as we have received and inspected your return.

  If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt

  of the returned product.

  The refund processing by your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5 to 10 business days.

  If more than 20 business days have passed since the return of your product, please contact us at contact@lumora-art.fr

  Exchanges

  We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item and place a new separate order.
